There is nothing worse than forgetting to plan for dinner. You meant to pull out that frozen roast this morning but got distracted and now it's 4 pm!! Too late for the crockpot --but, what about the Instant Pot? Problem solved! Here is my 2nd round of helpful tips for simple meal planning: Instant Pot Recipes Round Up!
As moms, we have several roles to play in the game of life. I could name them all, but would probably bore you. You know what your priorities should be -- God, husband, children, daughter.....it goes down the line from there. With that said, we need to find ways to make life more simple and less stressful. Dinner can be a downfall to our day if we don't have a plan.
Do you have an Instant Pot? If not, it's what the say -- it truly is "instant" compared to the crockpot! For example, I threw a frozen whole 4-lb hen in mine and finished within 40 minutes! Wow, that's fast!
So, you don't have an Instant Pot but not sure if you should take the plunge? I suggest you definitely consider investing in one if you use the crockpot at all. It saves a lot of time and sanity. You'd be amazed at what you can make quickly and I'll share with you some easy and fast recipes following the resources below. Here is MY why on using a pressure cooker.
Before we get started, here is an Instant Pot that I suggest you look at -- it has over 27K reviews and a great rating on Amazon! Have a gift card? You may want to consider using it for this time saver! Note: My husband, as a perk for a company he was working for, got me a Nuwave. While I love mine, I noticed the labels are a little different so that's why I suggest getting an Instant Pot.
As promised, check out these resources to help you find the perfect recipe for your family. Some of us have picky eaters (like mine), and some of us are blessed enough to have kids that eat what's on their plate (hopefully yours but I suspect otherwise).
