If homeschooling goes passed lunchtime, our entire schedule shifts as well, leaving little room for meal planning. My schedule gets out of whack if I work longer than expected. Or, how about those unexpected errands that throw you for a loop and dinner gets off to a slow start?!! It can be hard juggling all of our responsibilities!
